Dharmic Living - What is it?
Based on the world’s great, time-tested spiritual traditions and teachers, particularly Ayurveda, ancient Vedic science and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Dharmic Living is the wisdom of how to live in tune with the eternal and immutable laws of nature.
It is said that when we understand and harmonize with these primordial laws, life flows, enjoyment grows, and over time, we experience deeper levels of bliss, evolve to higher states of consciousness, and ultimately arrive at a state of permanent inner contentment … Enlightenment they say!
Anyway, that’s the theory! We’re still waiting but the ride sounds fun!

3 Pillars of Dharmic Living
The graphic at left summarises the Dharmic Living journey. The goal is that which has underpinned the great wisdom traditions of the world throughout time - Self-Realization or Enlightenment - the pinnacle of human evolution.
The steps to achieving this heightened state of awareness and inner contentment is through the daily pillars of i) Transcendence - the experience of Pure Consciousness (our ground state beyond thought). ii) Doing our Dharma - the natural purpose (vocation or service) we were uniquely designed to bring to the world. iii) Vedic Living - living in tune with the eternal, immutable laws of nature. These laws govern everything from optimal nutrition, sleep, daily cycles (Ayurveda) through to the influence of the planets (Vedic astrology) and the buildings we live in (Sthapatya Veda).
